Damn These Heels Queer Film Festival has been renamed Utah Queer Film Festival (UQFF), marking the festival’s growth and commitment to representing Utah’s diverse LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. This name change highlights the festival’s evolution and alignment with its vision of greater inclusion, intention, and impact.
After a fantastic run of in-person and online screenings, the curtains have closed and Damn These Heels Queer Film Festival has officially concluded for 2023. We are grateful to have celebrated 20 fabulous years of love, diversity, and storytelling at the Festival with you!
Utah Queer Film Festival explores LGBTQ+ issues, ideas, and art through dramatic and documentary films from around the world. For over 20 years, the Festival (formerly Damn These Heels) has provided Utah’s queer community with access to films and events that celebrate, inspire, and highlight queer stories, queer history, and queer joy.
